JOB DUTIES: Assist in bid solicitation, takeoffs and bid scope review for construction projects. Conduct subcontractor reference checks. Schedule and participate in buyout meetings. Identify miscellaneous costs such as permits, taxes, insurance, licenses etc. Assist in document reviews, Develop relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers and Municipalities for various construction projects. Build collaborative relationships with project teams. Assist in the change order process and change management. Assist in preparing submittal logs and material delivery logs and process. Assist in the payment process and collecting lien waivers. Help create, maintain, and update project schedules to assist in efficiently completing construction projects. Work under supervision. Travel to unanticipated project/construction sites in Dallas Forth Worth Metro areas is required.
EDUCATION REQUIRED: Master's degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Engineering or Construction Management or closely related field with 12 (Twelve) months of experience in the job offered or as an Civil Engineer/ Project Manager/ Construction Project Manager/ Project Engineer or related field is required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experience of Twelve (12) months as a Civil Engineer or Project Manager or Construction Project Manager or Project Engineer or related field is required Travel And/or Relocation to Unanticipated Client Sites Throughout USA is required.
